Cerbo GX MK2 (N)

The Victron Cerbo GX MK2 is the latest innovation in power system communication and control, building upon the robust foundation of its predecessor to offer even greater connectivity, monitoring, and system integration. Designed for both standard and specialized applications, the Cerbo GX MK2 ensures you have comprehensive oversight and control of your power system at all times.

Enhanced Connectivity:

• Dual VE.Can Ports: Now equipped with two fully functional VE.Can ports—VE.Can 1 and VE.Can 2—for advanced CAN bus communication. VE.Can 1 is isolated, a new feature that enhances noise immunity and system stability.
• Rotated RJ-45 Sockets: RJ-45 sockets have been rotated 180 degrees for easier cable insertion and removal, simplifying installation and maintenance.
• Fully Functional USB Ports: All three USB ports are now fully operational, allowing for multiple device connections without sacrificing functionality.

Smart Monitoring:

• Real-Time Data Access: Monitor battery charge levels, power consumption, and energy production in real-time.
• Pulse Counting: Digital inputs now support pulse counting, enabling precise tracking of energy consumption and generator run times.
• Remote Accessibility: Access your system remotely via the Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal or locally on your GX device.

Remote Control:

• VRM Portal Integration: Adjust settings, control devices, and receive system alerts from anywhere, ensuring you're always connected to your power system.

System Integration:

• Seamless Compatibility: Integrates effortlessly with a wide range of Victron devices—including inverters, battery monitors, solar chargers, and sensors—for centralized control.

Optimized Design:

• Compact Enclosure: Maintains the same compact size as the previous model for easy installation in any setup.
• Expandable Display Options: Compatible with the GX Touch 50, a 5-inch touchscreen display for instant system overview and settings adjustment.

Ideal for Specialized Applications:

The Cerbo GX MK2 is particularly valuable for complex installations that require multiple CAN bus connections. It's perfect for the RV market in the US, where both a Lynx Smart BMS (via VE.Can connection) and an RV-C port are needed. The dual VE.Can ports provide unparalleled flexibility for such specialized systems.

Future-Proof Your Power Management:

As the Cerbo GX MK2 is set to replace earlier models, investing in this upgraded unit ensures compatibility with future Victron products and technologies. While the initial stock is limited and prioritized for users who need the enhanced VE.Can interfaces, the MK2 will become the standard as production increases.

Conclusion:

The Victron Cerbo GX MK2 elevates your power system management with enhanced connectivity options, improved design features, and advanced monitoring capabilities. Whether for standard use or specialized applications requiring multiple CAN bus connections, the Cerbo GX MK2 offers the control and convenience you need to optimize your power system's performance.
