Origins BatteryOnePR
BatteryOnePR is the digital branch of our brick and mortar store, Battery Giant of PR. Its creation was based on a growing customer base that was not local but national and even global. To service these customers efficiently BatteryOnePR was created in light of this circumstance to provide services for this expanding clientele.
From Local Roots to Global Reach
Our physical store Battery Giant is located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico just 5 minutes away from the capital city San Juan. Years past its main focus was servicing small consumer-type devices like digital cameras and rechargeable batteries. Technological advances seen in the past decade made what we originally sold obsolete and hard to operate a business profitably. After restructuring we began focusing on battery backups for critical applications like MRI machines and POS systems in supermarkets.
Expanding Customer Base
The list of client types grew and ranged from remote telecommunications sites to camping sprinter vans; from large-scale ESS applications to sailboats and motor yachts. The need for flexibility to service all these installations led us to select Victron Energy as the main brand that we work with to provide.
